Disney Adds Hamilton Film Rights, Bruno Mars Theatrical Music Feature In Lucrative Deals
Walt Disney Studios Production President Sean Bailey is making deals.
First, the House of Mouse reached a $75 million deal with Lin-Manuel Miranda for the worldwide movie rights to the Hamilton Broadway musical.
They have also entered a deal with Bruno Mars to develop a musical feature in which the pop star will both star, produce and write original music for the film.
It would seem that Disney is just 24K Magic right now.
